VariTrak
Modular building system
for military vehicles

VISION
Rethink Everything You Knew About Military Vehicles
What if, your vehicle could grow or change in the field before military operations in accordance with the changing needs of different battle situations?

What if military robots or vehicles could be rebuilt again and again in a LEGO like manner to fit everchanging needs?

What if specialized machines just after a few hours of remodelling could be used in different applications?

The VariTrak building system delivers that,
and even more….
VariTrak Building System
The VariTrak modular vehicle building system is based on standardised stainless steel framed module cubes. Each cube houses different building blocks of a vehicle, which can be assembled in a plug and play manner.
Based on the field of application there are
3 different cube sizes to choose from.
S - series
We developed the VariTrak S-series cubes mainly for remote-controlled and autonomous robot applications.

The S-series is optimised for data collection, reconnaissance, drone launch platform and other implementations where a small size is more important than power.

S-series drive cubes can be ordered with BLDC motors ranging from 200W to 3000W.

S-series battery cubes are available in 12V / 24V / 48V configurations.

M - series
The M-series was developed to be an alternative for smaller military light utility vehicles, engineering vehicles, reconnaissance and recovery vehicles as well as soft skinned personnel vehicles.

You can build compact tractors, small excavators, pulleys, self-propelled transport vehicles, mobile platforms, etc.

There are currently 32 different cubes and attachments in the M-series which enables numerous possible vehicle configurations.

M-series drive cubes can be ordered with BLDC or 3-phase AC motors ranging from 5kW to 40kW.

M-series battery cubes are available in 48V / 96V / 192V configurations.
L - series
Designed for huge tasks.

The L-series will be developed, to give an alternative for soft skinned military trucks, and pulleys, as well as artillery tractors.

The S,M and L series cubes can also be used interconnected.
